Shipping options available, subject to weight/dimensions of the parts: branch pickup, UPS Ground, UPS Second Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Freight, USPS First Class, USPS Priority, USPS Priority Express, and select other methods. Shipment method subject to change based on coupons or applied discounts after selection.
In stock items ship same day if order is received prior to 2:30 PM Eastern Time. Even with our large inventory, items may occasionally be out of stock in our warehouse. If out of stock, we will make every effort to cross-reference the part to a comparable line that is in stock to ship immediately and communicate the available options to you. If we cannot substitute a part or you wish to continue with the original part, we will either dropship or backorder the part based on availability.
Drop-ships will ship directly from the manufacturer to speed up the shipment process. Backorders will ship from Southeastern or drop-ship when ready. We will wait to receive all parts by default on backordered parts, however, we will reach out an inform you should the backorder extend past one week. If you inform us you would like the partial shipment, we will ship the parts in stock and send the backordered part when ready.
Products damaged during shipping will be replaced at no cost to the customer and sent via the same shipping method. We will provide a shipping label to return the damaged part. Customer may be required to submit photos of the damaged shipment and assist in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
Product availability and shipping times may vary with manufacturers. All dropships and backorders are ground shipped. Truck freight will be used to ship items that are too large for standard service (Includes delivery to the destination address). Additional delivery days may apply to hazardous items, oversized items, truck freight items, and select zip codes or remote delivery areas as determined by carrier. Additional charges/fees for hazardous, oversized and freight items will apply. Out of country taxes/duties will be owed by the customer and may be charged at time of shipment or by carrier at delivery.
