You can redeem your points by going to your cart and clicking “Apply points”. There is no limit to the amount of points that you can redeem. Points may not be used in combination with discounts or coupons. Points may not be used for shipping charges. 

As a Southeastern customer, you’re automatically eligible to earn rewards points! To create an account, click “Login/Register” in the upper right corner of the page and complete the requested account information.

Sure! Points are tied to your email address, so if you checkout as a guest, you will automatically earn points with every purchase. However, you must have a registered account with the same email to redeem those points.

Yes, the points are attached to your email address, so you will need to use the same email as the previous purchases.

Any reference on this site to “The Program” or “Program” shall mean the Equipment Rewards Program as outlined on this page for online purchases. Any reference to point or points shall mean those points earned in The Program.

Points can only be earned through online purchases from Points cannot be earned through in-branch transactions and points cannot be earned from past purchases. Southeastern Equipment employees do not use to place in-branch orders for customers and therefore all orders placed by a Southeastern employee do not qualify for earning points.

Southeastern Equipment Company reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict any aspect of this Program, including but not limited to point conversion and point earning criteria, at any time with or without notice. Membership in the Program may be revoked at any time and Points may be forfeited. Any abuse of the Program, failure to follow any terms of the Program, or any misrepresentation may subject customers to membership revocation, point forfeiture, and will affect eligibility for further participation in the reward program. Misuse/abuse of the Program includes, but is not limited to, creating false or additional accounts for the purpose of accumulating additional Points not able to be accumulated through use of a single account and creating transactions and issuing a refund for the purpose of generating affiliate Points.

Points have no cash value, are non-negotiable, and cannot be redeemed either in whole or in part for cash or any other currency. Points do not constitute property of any member or other person and may not be brokered, bartered, attached, pledged, gifted, sold or otherwise transferred for consideration, other than by Southeastern Equipment or as expressly provided for in these Terms and Conditions, and any receipt or use of credits in violation of the Terms and Conditions herein will render such credits void.

Points are not capable of being combined or transferred to any other type of program offering or award. If a customer returns a product that was purchased with Points or a combination of Points and currency and the customer is eligible for a refund, the Points will be refunded first to the customer at the conversion rate at the time of purchase, and the cash will be refunded for the balance owed to the customer less any restocking fees or other reductions applicable.
